Refund Policy.
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase at OmniBazaar. That’s why we offer a 2-day return policy on our products, including kitchen items and gaming gadgets. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 2 days of receiving it.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us Within 2 Days: Email or call us within 7 days of your delivery date.
- Provide Order Details: Share your order number and reason for returning.
- Return Shipping Label: We’ll send you a return shipping label.
- Pack and Send: Securely package the item and ship it back to us using the label provided.
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
- Used or Damaged Products: Items that show significant wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.
- Missing Parts or Accessories: Returns must include all original components.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased on clearance or special markdown may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, mobile wallet). If you paid via local bank or mobile services in Pakistan, we’ll send the refund directly to your provided account details.
